Hey there, this is either Decapitation (or injuries!) i've had this error happen to me with both turned on, and with either one turned on. It could also be neither of those.... but it doesn't seem to happen with both of those turned off.

Go to camp - options - Gore (off) to turn off decapitations.

I've had 8 playthroughs/new games since BETA .9, in every one Dorne always allies with Targaryens, riverlands always allies with north. However! Sometimes the reach allies with the stormlands (50% of playthroughs) and the other 50% they just sit independent.

Just a tip if not already done, direct yourself to - Documents - Mount & Blade Warband Saves - A World Of Ice And Fire

Try and delete all the save games here sg.00 sg.01 etc. and then try and start a new game. I had a similar issue that was related to a save file for some reason?

Your saves prior to 2.0 and 2.1 won't work with the new patch/version so you aren't losing anything by giving this a go.

Ofcourse! Thanks for looking into this!

Just so we're clear i'll list some amendments i've made "tweaks" for example.

Cheat menu is activated in menus.txt
I play with cheats enabled.
I have amended the items_kinds1.txt to make all non-perishable food 15000 up from 150.
I used the item finder (in cheat menu) to add Valyrian swords to all of my companions.
I changed conversation.txt to provide me with 10RTR for companion missions instead of the usual 3.
I also used character & NPC import & export to make myself & my companions insanely OP.

EDIT: Will include save game in a few minutes, just uploading.

I didn't use any tweak software and just did manual changes of each (I've tried reverting all back and starting a new game, so I think it is related to this one save somehow, my new game has the same amendments made as above)

I made a new thread for this as my vassals are now stuck in a similar situation (at hags mire ferry) and im unable to get them to turn around, i've tried every order & i've tried "calling the banners" but nothing.

So here are various ships, trying to get into Hags Mire Bay.

They're going onto the land, then back into the water, and rinse & repeat. They're unable to get up the incline, other ships also unable to get down opposite side, this now means that two of my vassals are stuck here, they won't take any orders and it seems as if the AI only see's Hag Mire's Bay as the path, which it isn't able to get onto. I've two useless previous companions now vassals stuck here, both of whom are HEAVILY geared & have close to 800 troops between them, it's a lot of troops & silver stags to throw down the drain!  :'( :'(

Hope it can be resolved.
