Wight Walkers invade at Random, Targaryens ONLY invade after Varys questline is said and done.

The most technical I can get is that something in the ai pathing breaks, causing them to loop back and forth between two points. I also find that any time a ship turns around it is usually after they have sailed outside the max viewing distance of the city or port from which they initially left. I watched the Stormlands lord a bit. Sometimes he would try a different path before looping back. Sometimes he would go back to an old one. In the end I really don't know what causes it because I don't find these loopers until it's noticeable.

Yeah! I mainly noticed this after I took Lys, and the caravans were all stuck coming to my city. However there was still the occasional lord (I have no clue why a Stormlands lord got stuck at the Natural Harbor). This on top of the fact Lys didn't disintegrate as a faction once I beat them had me pulling my hair out.

Please. I am seriously having trouble. Was this fixed in 1.3? I don't see the fix in the changelog.

So I was in Lorath one day to participate in a tournament. I was a well recognized person (some 800 renown) due to my many tournament wins. I spoke to a Bard in the lords hall out of curiosity. He spoke to me of a man whose name started with a 'C' whom can be found in taverns (can't quite remember his name and this was on an old and broken save). This man is said to know of the ancient weapons. Instantly, I saved my game, turned on cheats, and went to check every inn to see if this was true. However, despite visiting every inn in the game on the same day via the teleportation cheat, this man didn't pop up. I checked every corner of every inn, talked to every npc whom stood up, and I could not find him. As far as I can tell he is yet to be implemented. Am I simply an unlucky 1.2 scrub, or is he truly not in the mod just yet.

That's the limit! You can have 2 one handed swords (for you and a companion assumingly) or one two handed sword.

This is the same for me as well. I did a bit of digging during my try, thinking it might have been location, maybe my equipment? No. Eventually it didn't crash but the frame drop was insane (Not even 1 FPS). I attacked a patrol on the outskirts of the Dothraki because their kingdom was weakened and I wanted to conquer Essos.

I had to restart my last playthrough because lords, caravans, etc, would leave a port and midway through their journey, turn around and head back to the port in which they sailed, basically doing laps. Fourteen caravans and half the dornish vassals were doing circles between Dorne and Lys. Now, in my new playthrough, I rode my ship over to plop a settlement down by Qohor so I can have a nice port, and one of the stormalnds lords is stuck doing permanent loops at the natural harbor. It's bad enough the stormlands always die every playthrough, now they are completely down a lord unless I go out there and beat him which I really don't feel like doing because I don't have the money to pay to fix relations.

So, I remember in old versions there were actually a bunch of non-story related Valaryian weapons in the cheat menu. I have no clue how to get swords like Ice or Longclaw, so I am trying to find out how to get some of these old weapons without the cheat menu. I saw like a Valaryian battle Axe? Were these options added to the blacksmith in Qohor or are they quests I've yet to discover? Any help would be appreciated I have been looking everywhere to equip me and my companions to fight the wight walkers.
