I've had issues with spawns in places they shouldn't be but were accessible to the player. Npc's couldn't get there though.

•Sieged Lannisport. Lost the fight because I ran out of reinforcement waves. After my troops died I couldn't leave the battle. It was stuck on this message.

Edit - This bug is probably caused by my fix for battle continuation is sieges. You can disregard.

Edit - Caravans are starting to refresh. It can just take months.

That's a game mechanic. Companions have people they like and hate. If they're in a party with one or two people they do not like, they began to get disgruntled and will leave. High CHA will help negate that. Here's a diagram. It's old and unfinished but will giv you an idea of how it works.

•This quest can no longer be completed. The Walkers spawn but after defeating them, Lord Mormont doesn't have the conversation to finish the quest.

•NPC's are having issues with transferring from water to land and vice versa.  The main issue seems to be near port towns where NPCs can't decide whether to disembark or travel over land.

In this example I'm a mercenary for the North. We are on campaign to siege Flint's Finger. Lords are getting stuck near White Harbour trying to cross the water instead of walking over the bridge to the north.

•Ferries. While on campaign with the North, the marshall Roose Bolton decides to siege Pike. He takes the army to Hag's Mire Ferry and continues to Pike which the player can not do as the ferry takes you to Ten Towers Island. My ships are in White Harbor and since NPCs have their fleets wherever they are, it makes following the marshall impossible unless the player has ships stashed all over the map (and that cost would be huge).

I like that some islands can only be traveled to with ships but it makes following NPCs almost impossible as they carry their ships wherever they go. The only suggestions I can make are to either have ferries for all off the islands or to only allow NPCs to use port towns and ferries as the player can. That would be annoying to have to sail around Westeros but that's what they'd do in the lore and at least the army could stay together.

•Edit - To the first point on this topic. Lords do seem to get themselves unstuck. It can take a few days or more. What happens is if a lord is on the water and decides to travel to a fief that's not a port, they try to "sail" straight there becoming stuck. After awhile they decide to head to the closest port of their destination. This is much better than in previous versions.

It's very easy to fix yourself. I use Morghs Editor but it's simple enough to just go into the troop txt and do it that way.

Look at your character's notes. You should be the lord of Qarthigar. Click on the castle in your notes and then click 'show on map'. It's been moved. The next patch will have the ruins in the proper place.

•Defending troops can spawn on the opposite side of the entrance. There's no way to get to them as there is an invisible barrier. You can shoot at them but I was out of archers by the end.

•Also, when I'm sieging I don't get reinforcements until my army is below 10 troops causing me to be outnumbered for a good portion of the fight, even though my army is larger than the enemies. This seems to happen with most sieges. This may be because I have Battle Size set to 150 (the lowest) but the reinforcements act as if it were set to 30 (the lowest for vanilla).

•King Renly and a few lords somehow get stuck on Qarthigar Island in a loop. They try to travel back to the Stormlands but don't get far before returning to the island. The castle wasn't built yet.
