As you may notice, I'm trying to note every single little issue/bug I come across. Would be perfect if everyone else could do the same. Let's get this mod as polished as possible :).

boxes and pieces of meta meat are floating at Bear Village: - Fixed

About little issues, if you walk in the villages you may find several flora objects placed a few inches above the ground, especially bushes and flowers. Do you want a complete list?

Bad news about the Static Wars: :-\

-Myr has declared war against Norvos in Static Mode. - fixed

-About lack of equipment:

_ I've already reported that some northern pikemen don't actually own a spear, but the lack o equipment seemn to affect all factions, for exemple:

- Many Mercenary Sellswords don't have a shield. Same thing with Ironborn Sailors and Riverland Levies
- Some Westerland Foot Soldiers wear ankle boots, while others wear wrapping boots
- You can find Stormland militias whithout helmets

Should I consider this something intentional or a bug?

Btw, just like akbar said, Targeryan clones appear a few days before the arriving of the real host. Since those clones do not move on the map, they are defeated by their enemies. The defeats of cloned lords probably have an influence in the relation between King Aegon Blackfire Targeryan  and his vassals. - I THINK I have found the issue and ive made a fix to this. Will need testing before I can cross it off the list though.

Only with the Targeryans

Btw,
-the war system seems ok. Myr has declared war against Norvos.
-Now you really can learn how to read in the citadel. It works normally now.

This will be my last post in a few weeks, after that, I promisse you Produno, I will stop to bother you for a long time  :)

It is about your religion and its effects in relations with your villages and towns.

Basically, your villages and towns will only like you if you share the same religion with their habitants. It doesn't matter if you build a monument to convert people, if you reduce their taxes, if you build improvements to increase their prosperity. They will always hate if you follow a different god. Soon, you'll not be able to recruit peasants from your own villages.

But, if chose to be and old god of forests follower, things are much more easier for you. All you have to do is buil a weirwood to worship the old gods and people will start to love you automatically, you do not need to invest nothing more in your villages and towns.

This kind of situation creates an unfair advantage for those the sympathize with he old gods. Or you convert yourself to the old gods, or people with different  religions you always hate you. I've already tested all religions.

I think the relation between you and your villages should be influenced by other factors, like prosperity and when you defeat an enemy lord that was raiding your village, not only by religion.

When you build a religious building the village will slowly convert to that religion. Meaning you should choose a building that related to your own religion. After a while they will convert and start to like you more. At least that's how it is meant to work.

Are you sure that it works correctly? The convertion system seems unbalanced to me.

I'll explain with two examples (based in my campaing on beta 9.9):

1) During the character creation, I chose to follow The Seven, once I'm a stormlander. Then I started to conquer the wildling fiefs, where people follow the old Gods. Because of that, people hate me with a passion since the first week of my reing. So I ordered the construction of a septry in all my villages to convert people. Eight weeks after I beat Free Folk, my relation with my villages is around -200, and still getting worse.

2) In order to conquer the North, I converted myself to the old Gods and only three weeks after that I already had a positive relation with some of my villages. At war with the northerners, I took White harbour, where people follow the seven. Because of that my relation with them was -87 after two weeks. To improve my relation with them, I built a Weirwood to convert people to my new faith. And now is the problem:it took only two weeks before my relation with the city become 20! Apparently, the convertion system works only for the old goods, and work too fast. after defeating the North, I attcked an weakened Dorne, where people follow the seven and had the same results I had with whit harbour: the convertion to the Old gos were really fast.

I don't known if other people have noticed this, but it could be a good idea if another person (tester) make a small test to confirm what I'm saying.

I think something I introduced last patch may have caused some issues with dormant factions.

Hi, I'm back.

About the message telling you that a faction has deeclared war on you, it happens since beta 8, actually. Maybe the reason is something you introduced with that version.

About cloned lords in earlier releases:

- In beta 7, cloned lords appeared in every faction, not only the targeryens.

- In beta 8/8.5/8.6 there was no cloned lords in any faction.

- Same thing in beta 9: no clones

- beta 9.9, in my case, only the targeryens had cloned lords.

and I agree with Akbar The Great, in order to keep the balance between factions, maybe the targeryens shouldn't be at war t against The Vale and The Riverlands, and I also would remove their war against The Iron Islands.

About other minor bugs there is a few more to report:

Weapons:

some two-handed/one handed swords do not work well. Even when you're not using a shield, you hold them only with your right hand. More strange: you receive two handed proficiency:

The two handed valiryan blade:

http://imgur.com/IRexS5W

The Longsword:

http://imgur.com/5p29uTB

The next one is not a bug, but seems unbalanced in my opinion. The cutlass used by the pirates near Volantis is too powerfull. I mean, its weapon reach is 53, smaller than an arakh, but its swing is 40! ???. I think this weapon is too light to make so much damage through a plate armor:

http://imgur.com/A6kLhIp

the last one: when you're almost winnig the battle and your last enemies try to escape, you receive a message that both you and your enemies are routing because the battle is lost (and also some red text):

Hello,

First off, I absolutely ADORE this mod. I've been playing it endlessly for some time now and considering I've played practically all popular mods and warband for a few years now, that's saying something!
So thank you for the work you've put in, truly.

Major bugs:

I've completed Vary's questline and the Targaryens have invaded, with each lord having 600 soldiers and the King has 1800.
Problem 1: They scattered themselves all over the place and went ahead and declared war even on the vale and riverlands, along with westerlands, stormlands and the reach. They are stretched thin.
Problem 2: They have no objective, for the first week or so they are a force to be reckoned with, however as days pass, their forces dwindle and arent able to replenish because they arent sieging any castles or towns.
Problem 3: I've joined them as a Lord and became Marshall, no lords are following me except one Jon Lothston. Upon further investigation the lords are scattered among the area and do not move, when I ask them what they are doing, (for example Balaq Sotoros) he said he's in Moat Calin, resting while he was idle in Kings Landing area.
Problem 4: Clones of Jon Lothston, I've counted 3! One is the actual, who has the regular options when speaking with him, the other is roaming around Dorne, and the third clone only gives option to speak privately and then upon exiting the game takes us to the pre battle screen as if he were invading a village and I am opposing him, does not give the option to battle, only leave.
Problem 5: Dorne still hasnt joined the war, I assumed I needed to speak to someone, I spoke with the prince, and then went looking for the actual prince again in water gardens (who happens to have the same name as the prince ruling dorne)

So all in all, we're totally screwed at the moment.

Minor bugs
Problem 1: King Stannis Baratheon has been recruited as a lord for the Westerlands after having his faction eliminated.
Problem 2: Ser Davos Seaworth is still flying the banners of dragonstone and it still says that he is a lord of Dragonstone.

I will keep updating, unfortunately I cant seem to remember them all.

I started the game in static mode.

Yes, you're right. The targeryan lords are scatered all over the place and have clones that don't even move to any location, even when they marshall commands. These clone stay where they apeeared. They don't raid a single village.

In my case, i couldn't even join them because King Aegon has left the realm,  though his faction has not yet been defeated (but the mesage of his landing at the stormlands has already appeared for me).

More intersting: I made my all faction defeating the wildlings and the northeners. To defeat the northeners, I started to persuade some lords of defeated/almost defeated  Factions. They are: Davos Seaworth (Dragonstone), Monford Velaryon (Dragonstone), Qorin Half-Hand (Night's Watch) , Ser Rolly Duckfield (House Targeryan), Lord Jon Connington (targeryan), Lord jon Losthton (targeryan), Ser Barristan Selmy (Companion), Tormund (Wildlings), Styr Magnar (Wildlings). With the exception of Barristan, who is my companion, the targeryan was the easiest to persuade. They appear to hate Aegon since the begining of the targeryan invasion. When I convinced them to join me, I actually talk to their clones. These clones accepted my offer of vassalage, but do not move to my court. The real ones appear at my court. Now we have two jon Connington and two Rolly Duckfiled: the real one folloew me and the clone follow Aegon:

They should all land together in the stormlands, maybe take some castles automatically (in the books, they easily take Griffin's Roost, Rain House and Crow's Nest).

About defeated factions, Dragonstone is completely defeated in 50 days! You don't even have the chance to increase your renown and became a vassal of Stannis  :-\. I do not known if there are many people that play to serve King Renly, but maybe remove him and the war against the powerful Reach and give all the stormlands to Stannis could avoid the complete destruction of Dragonstone in the begining of your campaing. Or maybe a small quest following the bastards and the broken things quest could help. If you give the letter to Stannis, he command you to escort Melissandre to Storm's end. Some days latter a message says that king Renly is Dead and King Stannis has the control of the Stormlands.

Yes please, keep them coming.

The proficiency problem I think is because I gave them too many points in each. I'm going to revise this and make it better. They did actually have 181 in crossbow.

I have changed all companions so they will now hopefully raise an army of whichever faction they are part of. For the player it will be the players culture.

The targ banner is incorrect because I would guess you also chose that banner for yourself?

#Edit

Infact I have just checked and the westerlanders have the correct in my game so I'm not sure why yours are showing different??

-Forget what I said about the Westerlands Arbalester, I was playing version 9.8.2 (for testers), not the one you released at MOD DB (9.9), when I took that print screen. I downloaded version 9.9 and they are normal now.   ;D

-Talking about troop balance, I started I new campaing (9.9) and after defeating the wildlings I declared war against the North. While fighting against northerner lords, I noticed
that some northern pikeman didn't carried a spear with them: they had  one  shield and a broadsword, only. Actually, In the start of my campaing, while travelling through Essos to attend tournments, I used the Northern Pikeman against a band of exiled knights and even after i commanded my infantry to use only polearms, some of my Northern Pikeman were still helding broadswords in their hands.

-the targeryan banner is also incorrect in 9.9 and i didn't chose their banner for. I chose the two-headed eagle (not used by any other lord). But the Targeryan vassals are using correct banners, so maybe it is problem only with King Aegon.

- Actually, the targeryan invasion seems a bit brooken in my game. Once they are defeated in battle all the time and I already had a good right to rule, persuading them to join my kingdom was not dificult. But when I did that, i noticed two things:

1) when I go to the character screen, I see that King Aegon Targeryan has left the realm , but his faction has not been defeated yet. Even after the mensage of his landing on the Stormlands, his vassals do not known his location.

2) When I convinced Ser Rolly Duckfiled (house targeryan) to join my faction, he was near Fist of The First Man, with an army of more than 300 men. After he pledged loyalty to me   I went to my court and there I found Ser Rolly Duckfield, now my vassal, but with an army smaller than 100 men. Then I go back to Fist of the First Men and there Ser Rolly Duckfiled stands, still a vassal of king Aegon, with an army of more than 300 men! I talked to him and, surprisingly, he talked to me as one of my vassals! ???
After that, I called my vassals to assembly the army. The one near Fist of the First Men do not follow. Actually, he doesn't move to any place. The one established in my court follow me normally. I can take a print of them side by side and post here if you want.

PS: I do not remember if he was Jon Lothston or Jon Connington, but the same thing described above also happened with one of them. And trust me I'm in the day 500 and it happened only with house targeryan. Ser Davos and Lord velaryon are also my vassals, but they are ok. (by the way, my intention was to fight fo Stannis, but Dragonstone was defeated before the day 100  :().

-The Wersterland arbalester has now only 88 of crossbow proficiency. I now some people complain a lot about how dangerous are the Westerland Arbalesters, but they are Westerlands, they must be well trained and dangerous. I tried to use some and they were not as deadly as they were before:

http://imgur.com/ss3fxwX

-Stoney sept Arena also has "no color walls":

http://imgur.com/1qrOQBM

-That was funny, the armorer of  the Dothraki City looks like Brienne Of Tarth with no armor. She is stronger than the Hound! ;D

http://imgur.com/WCsMigv

-Your legs disapear whan you wear dothraki (men, I really hate dothrakis, they torment me every game I start)

http://imgur.com/EWuODVQ

-I don't have an image for this one. If you make Ser Barristan Selmy a  Lord and give him a Fief, he will raise an army of Riverlanders. That is strange, considering house selmy is from The Stormlands. If you make Syrio or Brienne lords, they will raise, respectively, armies of bravosi and stormlanders. Trust me, this is not something random. It happens every game you start. Even Jorah, before being replace by Barristan, always raised an army of northeners.

-Last One: targeryan banner

http://imgur.com/iDFRUhe

-After testing almost all sieges, I can say only pike is really problematic.

By the way, Gongratulations for the Top 100!

Great! I think the problem of NW declaring war against you every time you make a prisioner is over! I enprisioned da lot of dornish lords and they didin't declare war on me.

Apparently, there is no problems with dornish sieges and only Stonedance (Dragonstone) had a minor problem with its siege. I don' now how to explain it, I think you can describe it as "White Walls" or "NO color Walls". Well, maybe you understand after looking the pictures below:  :)

One more thing: The dornish village of Red Cliffs has a bug. Their houses are "Floating"

Even though I haven't tested all sieges yet, I think the mod is ready to have its new version released before Christmas (if that's is your intention :D)

PS: I loved the dragonstone armours. Is there any plans to make them a starting people choice in te future? I like stormland soldiers, but I think Dragonstone armours are much better than the ones used by stormlanders.  ;D

Once Night's Watch has 100 of faction relation with almost all factions westerosi facitons in the game, every time you take one westerosi lord as a prisioner, your faction will loose ponts of relation with the Night's Watch. After this relation become Negative they will declare war on you. Choosing static wars do not change that.

About the bounty system, I suspect the problem was probably my background. My father was an outlaw, so my honour was -20. When I started a new campaign with a different background, it works normally.

Are you sure you had not already accepted one? You hve to wait 7 days if you have accepted one and 1 day if you have already asked. There's nothing in the code to stop you from taking the quest regarding your honour.

About the bounty hunter system, I started three new games and I had no problem, even when I choose Outlaw for my father during the character creation. So, forget what I said before. The bounty system looks ok. :D

About the sieges, I've tested sieges against Free Folk, Night's Watch, Lys and the Iron Island and only Pike showed any problem (actually, a lot of problems). Pike has problems no only when you attack the city wall, but also in the second stage of its battle, when you have have to crush the defenders inside the town. During this battle, some of the defenders fall from the rocks directly into the sea and, obviously, you can't go after them because the fall is very high! I took some pictures.

The first stage, when your soldires stuck on the top of the ladders:

http://imgur.com/r4X5k3t

The second stage, when enemies jump into the ocean:

http://imgur.com/inekcSU

Great work with Lys! I felt like my party was beeig hit by "rain of arrows" when I tried to take the city. The Number of archers was insane! Increasing the garrinson of some Key Locations created a true challenge for all players. I won th battle only because I'm Using a overpowered character to make these tests (strength 999999; agility 200; inteligence 30; charisma 999), but it would be impossible in serious campaing without any alternative strategies like make people starve inside the city.

About party size: are you sure that holding fiefs increse your party? when you ask for a party size report, your fiefs do not appear as a modifier.

One last thing: does anyone find Podrick Payne? Or will he be released in the final version only?

About Ser Justin Massey, he really has the correct banner, but his banner is very similar to the one used by free folk.

A completely white banner for free folk would be a good idea. After all, they've been at war against the Night's Watch for thousands of years and the Crows use a black banner in this mod. A white banner represent the opposition between these two factions.
