I sent Ser Lyn Corbray to the Wall and he was supposed to give me Lady Forlorn, but instead I got script error: invalid item modifier id: 131072 and no Lady Forlorn. I also didn't get Red Rain when I sent Lord Dunstan Drumm to the Wall, but didn't notice a script error at the time (wasn't looking for one). It seems like WSE2 attempted to give a cracked valyrian steel weapon, but that doesn't exist in the game. I used the save in the normal game and he did give me Lady Forlorn, so it seems like an issue with WSE2. I posted this info on WSE2 forum and was told it should be fixed by the developer.

Help & Support / Hard to get Lords to defect
March 13, 2019, 07:08:20 PM
My faction trampled the Westerlands and Dragonstone to the point that they have no land. Talking privately with Lords of those factions that have a good relationship with me (about 30-50) won't abandon their lieges. I have found this to be true as the leader of my faction as well as a vassal of House Targaryen. Is there a trick to getting this to work? In ACOK I don't have a problem with this, but in this mod it just isn't happening. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm currently a marshal of the North and at war with the Iron Islands. I have about 400 troops. I assembled the Lords and their armies (roughly 2000 troops) and took Pyke and Lordsport, declining the option to ask for both of them as rewards. The garrison was then set to 12 and 15 troops, respectively. So I am waiting around for the Paramount to assign them to somebody so they can add to the garrison and prevent them from being easily taken from the lurking Ironmen. From prior experience of being summoned by the marshal and conquering a town or castle, there is usually many more troops garrisoned, like ~ 60-200. My question is: what factors are involved in calculating how many troops are garrisoned? Why is it so low for me? I believe if I ask for it as a reward, I can take the risk of supplying my own troops to the garrison, but in the chance that I do not get the fief, would lose those troops. It would be seriously costly to do that for every castle/town on my currently ambitious campaign.

v4.0 / [4.1] Joining the Wildlings
March 01, 2019, 08:51:41 PM
Mance told me to hunt down the crow patrol. I see a Ranger patrol and a Castle Black patrol. Neither seem to satisfy the requirement of this quest as Mance says something along the lines of: I see you haven't destroyed the crow patrol yet. Normally quest bands appear to have their name in a unique color, like the one in the brotherhood quest, but I waited for weeks and never came across them (even checked with cheats and never saw the Crow patrol).

As a follow-up, is it possible to not be a wildling to start the game and be able to get Wun-Wun and Dongo via this quest? Same question goes for the North and the direwolf if you join Robb.

v4.0 / [4.1] Rescuing Imprisoned Lords
March 01, 2019, 08:44:59 PM
I'm a vassal of the North about 80 days in and tried to rescue Ser Denys Mallister of the Night's Watch from the Wildlings in Thenn, though after much strolling around the town, noticed there is no prison or corresponding guard. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

Also, our dear friend Roose Bolton was captured by the Iron Islands and imprisoned at Pyke. I snuck into Pyke and took a really long walk to get to the prison, made a mess of the guard, and when visiting Roose in his high-rise he said something offensive that I couldn't respond to. His dialog contained a sentence in each of 2 different conversation bubbles with no option to bust him out.
