You can send more than one by sending another before the first one reaches the town

Do You have King's Landing? Only the lord of King's Landing can send lords to the wall...  They have other fiefs?

for future reference, helping them with quests, supplying them troops and such things can help them keep going, in my playthrough I always sell them prisioners, sometimes even donate units, and they almost crushed the freefolk at 150+ days.

Yeah, that's how I usually do... Everytime when I get some crap units, or some units that doesn't fit in my party(like enemy kingdom units) I allways go and give them to NW, just like my prisoners... There is no point to release them when I can buff up NW for view days.... In most of my plays they wipe out Freefolk

As for your problem... I wonder is there a chanse to rise them again by taking King's Landing and sending a bunch of lords to the wall..?

No, Giants are for the Freefolk, and Direwolves are for the Northmen...

As for sword... There are more than view topics about that, also U can ask any tavern keeper.

Found him. Now I have other problem- I conquer both Pentos castles and Towns, but other Pentos lords is not it our side. I cannot find them -any ideas where they can be if they have really small armies and no fiefs ?

White Harbour - their knights, the port, also nice town and great hall

If U want better relations with some faction, U must look for a moment when some of their lords/caravans are fighting in a battle, then go and help them... It will give U some relations... Same goes with helping defend a fiefs or villages...

Ad3) U can persuit lords from other factions, but U have to have reaally high relations with the lord, and he should have low relations with his liege... O, and usually the honorable lords are hard to convince.

Ad4) I don't think so... I mean I no for sure it doesn't work if U send Renly to the Wall, but killing him? I have no idea, but one thing that I'm sure is that Maergery isn't worth it, becouse whole map will be against U.

Why doesnt this mod have a Discord server for quick exchange of information?

2.:  "own Faction" 
So,  how does one foudn his own faction? i figure i would be able to create vassals then?
I dotn want to overthrow another faction and take their political stats with me, but rather found my own factions with my own House.

3.:  Vassals
If i were to eb able to foudn my own factions, can i make any of my companions to vassals witht heir own armys like Bronn or Shagga?  or do i have to capture a army-captain from another factiosn like Thormund or Halfhand?

4.:  Settlement
Can i upgrade the settlement to a status wher eit actualy works as Settlement? and maybe even get a appropriate display on the world map? i woudl love to repopulate and conquer Skaggos the ISle to the north-east of Karhold.

5.: ive read somethign about Reforging Valyrian weapons?  is there an option to actualy reforge a valyrian weapon into a diffrent weapontype? like a Polearm or 2h weapons (axe/hammer?) after i obtained one.

Ad2) You must finish the Old Valyria quest, to gain political free fieft

Ad3) Yes U can!

Ad4) No

Ad5) U can only chose once and only between onehanded and twohanded sword. I'm quessing U are thinking about the other GoT based mod.

That is what I miss from VC in this mode... In Viking Conquest there is a dialog option to take your prisoner's equipment(lords only), and this mode is based on VC as I remember correctly.

I do not know any special metod for this, but I can make your day better by telling U that she isn't the only one with such arakh... I think there are at least two more, and one of them is in hands of one of the named units from Windblown or Second Sons...

I have same problem with some of my fiefs, but I guess it's becouse of different religion(even when I builded Weirwood tree)...

I deal with that issue by keeping spies in my towns and villages
