I think this is a bug because there is a favor no culture thing as well and it doesn't work in my game. Its always North recruits

It sounds like you have it on realism, where the damage does feel higher. I put it down to normal and I can normally take 2 or 3 hits in plate armor.

He just said that if his stretch goals are met he may be able to include more things right now he is at $334 a month of a goal of $600. The best way to make sure you get more content added is to support him there.
