Has this feature been removed? If not how can I access this menu? can't seem to find it in camp options.

Also when I press F5 in-game it does nothing whereas all the other keys in Battle Keys and Orders (https://gyazo.com/de84b47485a84f971285a86eb4027b66) are functioning.

Use openBRF to open AWOIAF_map_icons.brf (located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\48700\948075218\Resource) and then duplicate knight_a/_2/_3 renaming it to player & player_horseman deleting the original.
