So i once met a guy called Valar blackfyre and he wanted to be a ruler of pentos but thats not a thing, i know its a random event but is there any way to find him ? like if theres no cheat for it should i look only in cities or castles too ?

so on the wiki theres an info that when i upgrade my valyrian weapons the change its look however when i upgraded them theyre still the same and i guess in about 6 chracter saves theyre the same at the beggining
