Well, the second part was Rivens thoughts.


Keeping the find item menu could cause your game to break if you select certain items, so leaving it in would be wreckless. Plus keeping it in would de-tract from the work done one the Wights and Whitewalkers for instance. No point allowing them to be killed with the correct weapons (which took a huge amount of time to code and bug fix) if you can just cheat in them weapons.

That's just two examples.

But then you can still use F4 command with cheat enabled to knock out all foes. I use cheat menu mainly yo have something to plan. See what armor sets look good, what weapons etc... and then start over with no cheating and work up to it. I'm sorry to hear it will be gone and wish it wont be, but you as a mod creator have every right to decide what you want and don't want in your mod

Try pressing "ctrl+~" and typing "cheatmenu" in. That should work.

I can't find it and would love to see all available items in the game. When I go to camp  -> Options and more there's no cheatmenu option. Only options are export import characters and split troops.
I've enabled cheats in startup menu.
So, what am I missing?

The date is not set in stone, but it will happen.... kind of like R.R. Martin's next book.

With the promotion there are a few things involved, like if your lord has enough money to promote you. Additionally, if they have allot of troops your promotion speed decreases.  When I go this route I usually join up with a border lord in a conflict, though there is allot of risk in getting injured and having to retire from service to get healed.  I usually pal around with Howland Reed, but that guy drags you into massacre after massacre, so you have to be really good to stay alive and be on a wing and a prayer not to get injured.

Opps forgot to add this... you have to have the same stats as the next tier of troop.  Like your strength, intelligence, agility, and charisma need to be = to the next rank.

You will always start out as a peasant in every faction army you join. Once you get promoted then you can join any other lords army in that faction as the rank you have achieved.

Any idea as to when and how does Stannis declare war?

Hi! I'm new here. I would like to know why am I not getting promoted as a soldier? I've been signed up with Stannis for 90 days and haven't been promoted from peasant. When I go to commanders screen at first it used to say 100xp to next promotion and counted down, but when it counted down it turned into N/A. So I restarted, and now at day 60 same thing. I even reinstalled the mod. What am I doing wrong and how do you get promoted?



Also, during all that time Stannis hasn't declared the war. And I brought him the raven. So I'd love to know whats up with that and when does he declare the war? In first playtrough the wars were open like in native, but in second they were locked. War was never declared.

Also, what are requirements to enroll in the army as a higher unit than a peasant?
