I occupy Kings Landing but I cant send anyone to the wall. Where is the option to do so?

Never used SMF but if you have access to the PHP files(or whatever they use to communicate with their servers), you can modify anything

This update look amazing, but i think you guys should have a option to allow or not allow "find item" even when someone activated the cheats.

Well maybe Produno can help me with this. It looks like changing the global variable background_trait did not do anything. Is there an additional slot, or an event that gets called in the beginning of the game that checks what the background_trait is and sets it? I don't have access to the source code, and won't be much help until I get a response. But I tried :/

Re download and extract the game files from Moddb. Also, are you using DirectX 9? If not, you should. Shaders don't work (well) on DX7. You can change that in the settings before you launch the game.

i can't find the Daenerys in 2.0 . her name does not appear in character list either. I thought she will be added in 2.0. :\

Do the Varys questline. You must also select HBO TV Show character names when you start a new game.
