Sort of. Though other items should show up a bit more often in shops. Ill increase this a bit more.

I seem to be seeing few helmets at the marketplace. In fact, I've seen plate helmets once, and that's it. Hats, hoods and leather caps, yes, but helmets no. The mystic merchants, though, sell helmets. Including plate ones. Intentional?
