You should turn off HDR, the mod has not been designed to have this turned on. You can also goto camp menu > options and turn off the scenic view if its slowing you down too much. The charge animation can also be turned off from here.

A World Of Ice And Fire mod based videos on YouTube are allways wellcome, and there is never to much of them. ;)
I personally recommend you to use the camp options and put all difficulty settings to lower, this way you'll enjoy it more if you're new to the mod. You can gradually increase the difficulty settings anytime if you feel like it's getting too easy.
