Initial bug hunt report:

I don't want to sound like a broken record but lords are not respawning again.
The broadsword the North infantry are armed with is colored black.
The elder of Crofters village is an old guy wearing a dress.

Just DL'ed. I'll make my rounds on it tomorrow when I can get to my gaming PC.

As for Fallout 4, I personally prefer waiting for the GOTY edition to make sure it's decently fixed (Bethesda games are always buggy at release) but that me. Have fun man, ya earned it and hopefully you won't get burned-out by the bugs that crop up.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Lords-not-respawning issue is back for me. I was observing the movements of the North now that they're no longer at war with the Free Folk on default when I noticed that none of the Free Folk Lords are respawning. I waited for 30 days and not one came back.

As for the North, the diplomatic changes has made the faction really aggressive, wiping out the Iron Isles in 90 days. After that, they take the Westerland holdings of Banefort, The Crag and Faircastle, and are now on the process of taking Kayce.

Also, the Free Folk giants' name is in lower case

House Targeryen seems to spawning as early as dawn of Day 2.

Also Dick Crabb's and several lords' faces are messed up. They're apparently wearing Brytenwalda warpaint yet have no eyes, mouth or any feature aside from the paint.

One of the women's dresses is missing a texture

In addition to the build I am using a patch provided by Produno. These are the stuff I found so far.

House Targeryen spawned without me doing any of Varys' Quest. (In fact, i don't know where Varys is.) I only noticed that they were on the map when John Lothstone besieged and then captured Cornfield.

A section of wall in King's Landing is destructible. Facing away from Tobho Mott (The Armorer) follow the wall to your left until you see the stairs that lead up to it. On the wall, walk to the direction of the Armor shop until you come across an alley formed by two houses.

Unless one of the spawning NPCs has a similar code as the player, I got nothing on the tavern clone issue. Just about the only noteworthy thing to say when the issue happens is that the character you're controlling in standing on a spot where an npc spawns.

I'm not sure what I did but suddenly stopped crashing when entering the Saltpans scene. Sorry for wasting anyone's time if they decided to check this.

I'm using Dev Build 17.10.15. For whatever reason what I'm getting a guaranteed crash when entering the town scene, be it walking the streets or getting ambushed by assassins. I never had this issue bearch with Beta 7 or the previous dev build.

That's a known bug, it'll be fixed in the incoming Beta 8 build. There's already a test build of it out but it's got some issues of its own.

I continued the experiment, had to defeat several respawned because they were besieging Westerlands territory. Westerlands lost King's Landing and Duskendale.
All settlements have pretty much recovered with garrisons in castles at roughly 200-300 strong and towns at 300-500. But no lords since my last report have respawned. I stopped at day 176 because I'm fairly sure I wasn't going to see anything different( and i was getting bored).

Also the mushroom and peasant tied to a tree events happen a lot
