Yes, I am playing 0.5.4 with hotfix 1 installed.

I'll play around with this and take some screenshots of the battle outcomes.

The other day I had like 150 high level troops and got caught by some lord with an army of like 450.  I beat him back to the point where I had like 120 and he had in the 80's and I haphazardly spammed the "send your troops to fight without you" button just to get it over with. He killed 17-20 of my troops each click and he lost none.  I was down to like 35-40ish when I noticed what I was doing. It works if I catch some random bandit with 15 people and use it on them.  I was getting the feeling that it is calculating the leaderless troop assaults chances based on the initial troop forces not the current troops after the first few rounds of fighting.

Are you playing v0.5.4? I made changes to all troops in that version.

I know that this has always been a really crappy way to fight essentially guaranteeing losses on your side when you otherwise might get by with no casualties but I feel like its extraordinarily worse in this mod for some reason.  Seriously round 1 of a large fight I can absolutely slaughter the opposition by fighting, even if I sit my guy at the chest and just let the AI run down, but then the second round if I send my guys to fight without me I lose 20 troops and the other side loses nothing. Feels very broken.
