(change log:) Added new "Added new Tyrell armours and helmets" - The reach/tyrell army hasn't been updated much. They haven't had armours updated
"Added new armours for Stormlands, Vale, Reach, Tully. All made by Kraggrim" Might only be me but I see only storm lands armour has been added
"Added tarly armour from Kraggrim." I don't see it added and one other guy has. Could be a client side error
"Added new Baratheon and Stormland helmets." Not been added also

A possible bug:

When you create a kingdom and take over a castle, the villages don't changed culture to the players one . E.G The players culture is valaryian, You take over a westerlands castle, head to the village and the culture hasn't changed. (and the castle has been awarded btw)

The Tyrell armor has been updated, there are unique troops in HighGarden that you can recruit if you own it and they use the new armor. The Tarly armor is only worn by the Tarly generals. Krag, the author of the Targ armor, has posted a fix on the moddb website in the comments.

Hey there, I haven't had any issues in relation to your second "bug"

I also spoke to a couple of friends, who also haven't had any issue with this, the villages always change to the default faction after 1-2 weeks ingame (5-7 days usually for me) im playing Valyrian right now, and control all of the westerlands, every village is spouting out crownlands troops. Have you done the Old Valyria quest? If not, do that quest obtained in the Old Crossroads Inn north of maidenpool, that "should" reset the culture to the one you chose, as you "create" a new village and castle matched to your culture.
