Hey, my game crashes frequently at what seems to be completely random. I play for a week or two, then it crashes and i reload and so forth.

your rgl log says its crashed before the game has even loaded?

There is a bug currently that will hard crash the game. When clicking on certain troops, this will cause the crash, i think about 3 troops have this problem. This is fixed for the next update however.

Your game may also crash if you have load textures on demand turned to off. So this needs to be turned to on.

Yeah well its not me clicking on any troops or anything like that. Its always when im travelling around the map, seemingly completely random.
I also have load textures on demand on.

Whats your computer specs?

Is it just while moving from one place to another or does anything happen?

Its only when im moving around, there doesnt seem to be any event of any kind transpiring at the same time as the crashing does. Only moving from one place to another.

also is there a way to manually send the activation/lost password mail? I wrote the wrong password to many times i think, so i now i dont seem to be able to log in nor get an email about lost password.

Hmm, it could memory issues. im not sure. Your rgl log doesnt show anything from the gameplay session.

Allright, thanks for the assist!
Thankfully the game autosaves pretty often, so its only an annoying inconvenience in having to restart the game so often. :)
Hopefully it will be better in the next version.

I think i have managed to narrow it down now. The crash seemingly always happens either when im waiting inside a castle/town or shortly after i have left it. The amount of time i wait inside the town does not seem to matter

Yeah im running 1.67.
Also some random events seems to be causing crashes for me aswell, such as the purse to nightwatch and freeriders wanting to join you.
Altough it seems to be completely random which causes it and which does not. Most of them seem to work just fine.

Hmm strange. Other than the bandits i mentioned i get zero crashes. Though i mostly only play while testing in windowed mode.

Does it show any errors when it crashes?

Maybe you should window mode to see if it helps at all.

Is it normally a hard crash or just says not responding?

It doesnt give any errors or anything? I say try in windowed mode because it will show the error, then hopefully allow you to screenshot it and post it here. Hopefully seeing the error code will allow me somewhere to start looking.
