Destroy Bandits Lair (CANT COMPLETE)

So i got the quest from Robb Stark To destroy the mountain bandits lair, but i look everywhere in the north for almost 2 hours, AND I STILL CANT FIND IT, please tell me how to complete it or where is the bandit lair!!!!!
