Perhaps you've only downloaded the patch, AWoIaF 2.2? (You need to have 2.0 downloaded first)

Have your tried redownloading the game? If you open that folder(Modules/A World Of Ice and Fire/Resources/) does the file textures.brf exist? Does the game give you runtime error? Or is it failed to load error? When does it happen? Do you get to the see the mount and blade launch option or does it happen before? You see, we need details. Screenshots would be swell.
