Targaryen Invasion and Varys' quest

So,i didn't knew that Varys Questline was the beginning of Targ Invasion,so i accidentally cancelled Varys' quest,and now i can't take it back.He says that we should speak later.I really want to fight with Targs.Is there any other way to trigger the invasion?

If it can't be triggered with anything else,can i import my character's items,gold,fiefs,day etc (no quests) via cheating or something else?Because i did a lot of stuff and i don't want to restart the game

Yes the only thing you can do is start a new game.

Then you can, with the use of cheats, recreate your characters levels, money, gear, etc, but you cannot recreate the political situation from your earlier game, or you cannot start from a given date you want.
