Why do all the factions dislike me?

I am a vassal of the North.  We have good relations with the Vale.  I haven't attacked any Vale caravans, farmers, or other assets. 

I look at the Faction relations report, and I am at -4 relations with every faction except the North, Night's Watch and Riverlands. 

The North is at peace with the Vale.  Vale is at -4 with me.  Not sure why I seem to be universally disliked. 

Anyone else have this happen? 

Edit:  Maybe because I executed Joffrey?

Executing a lord result in a reputation malus with every lords and factions (Essosi too I think) and yeah, Joffrey is still considered a human being despite all the scientifics reports.
In war time it's still allright as you can easily regain the lost relation with the honorable dude but in peace time it's not the best idea. Or not if you want a refreshing way to start a war !

Note that sending to the Wall is always a better option.
