is there any stable slaver in westeros?

The laws of Westeros don't allow slavery. So, best bet is Night's Watch. The lords of NW will always accept your prisoners, but they're kinda far away from all the action. There's also wandering crows in taverns, but you can't rely on them.

If you wann play the bad guy and prevent the reputation boost from selling the prisoners to the NW, you can use the broker in Wildling area...

Thenn, beyond the wall has a slaver in the tavern consistently, dunno if he's permanently there. Otherwise NW, gets you less stags but helps boost the NW's forces if you are into helping them.

So if I understand correctly, the prisonner you sell to NW go directly to their army / garnisons ? Even the one sold to the wandering crows ?

Yes, unless you're playing an older version of the mod.
