Ship building question

In VC you need 4 each wool, tar, and wood.  Here wool, fur, and wood is needed.  How much of each? Can only find wool cloth not raw wool.  I searched for and found 5 of each and my character says "am I a merchant" and the ship can't be built.  What am I doing wrong?  Do I need more items?  Is it the wool cloth?  Thanks.

You need one unit of each.

Timber pallets can be found in the northern cities early game and everywhere mid-late game.
Wool is also very common, is a pinkish-light brown bag, not like linned ou wool cloth, that are rolled fabrics.
Fur is probably the most common item, easy to find.

One of each and around 47K and you get your oak ship.
