DEBUG ALERT: Party with commander mismatch - check log for details

Does anyone know how to turn off this debug alert, its popping off every minute and I cant play the game normally, it started happening after i bought my second ship? Help?

Just turn off cheat menu. Otherwise it will be there forever.
