You must elope with her. Eddard has no head, so he can't give you permission

I have found sansa and gained my relations with her. Im at the point where i should be able to marry her but she says her father, Eddard, will not allow it. I cannot ask for permission because Eddard is dead. Any help? Am i doing something wrong?
