Thx for the advice, but it was not on compatibility mode.

Check so that your warband.exe file isnt on compatibility mode (eg. compatibilty for windows xp service pack 2). It was on for me and for some reason that reduced the amount of memory warband uses.

Hi!

I set everything to the lowest settings, then I could strat a new game. The FPS mode is running well, but when I want to change to the map mode, the game crashes, telling, that it is out of video memory. My Hp pavilion g6 1117 is definitely not powerful enough to run this mod :(

Thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunatly, I have 3 GB RAM on my laptop, so I think this will be the problem. But thanks, I will try combining the directx settings.

Hello mate,

How much ram do you have? If you have below 4gb you will struggle to run the mod unfortunately. I will be looking at ways to improve this in the future though!

I would suggest trying combinations of direct x 7-9 with settings on low.

Hey!

I am new to the mod, I've never played before. The problem is, when I want to start a new game, or a custom battle, the game crashes with a microsoft visual c++ runtime error. The native version works fine. I've tried version 7 BEta, with no hotfix, and version 7 with hotfix #2. The same error occures. I've been reading around, and found that Load Textures on Demand should be enabled. It is enabled for me. I have an original copy, Steam updated it to version 1.167. My OS is windows 7 32 bit.

Please help me if you can.
