Are you sure files weren't corrupted during the download? Usually archivators warn you about that, but just in case.

Which version of Windows do you have? If it's x32, then it doesn't let you use most of your RAM and I strongly recommend installing x64.
You can check the version and how much RAM can you use by
Right-click on My computer => Properties.
The mod requires at least 4 GB of RAM (and Windows x32 limits to 3.7 GB, I think?).

Mod is updated, Load Textures on Demand is ticked on, I don't believe HDR is on; I have 16 GB of RAM Dual-Channel. Native and other mods work fine except Perisno, but It's been a while since I played Perisno.
Any ideas? It might be that my Windows is limiting my RAM, but am not sure. Everything is up to date.
