You should probably wait until you level up a little. If you could take your whole army it wouldn't be much of a challenge, so like native quests (ie, bandit lairs) you only take a small portion of your men.

Hello everyone,

I just restarted playing AWOIAF after a one year break.
I have the "Winter is coming" quest given by Robb Stark.
The fact is, the quest seems impossible to complete as i just spawn with 3 mates when my party has 20 soldiers. We always loose the fight, any idea ?

Also, is that normal it is so hard to find peasants to recruit in villages ?
