unable to open AWOIAF_shaders.brf

Someone please help I've looked on as many forums as I can and cant find a solution lol. When first starting the game the opening cutscene plays, and then the game crashes and says
unable to open file : Modules/A World of Ice and Fire/Resource/AWOIAF_shaders.brf 
I looked in the folder and there's no file of that name (of course), and from what I saw on forums was something about map shaders on mac computers blah blah blah, but I have a PC. So I thought screw it ill try anyway and downloaded the files for no map shaders, and even that didn't work. I just kept getting the same error message.
Mod downloaded from Steam

try deleting the mod from steam and using moddb.
