Look at your character's notes. You should be the lord of Qarthigar. Click on the castle in your notes and then click 'show on map'. It's been moved. The next patch will have the ruins in the proper place.

- May 30, 2017, 03:04:10 AMits a known bug, just have to wait for the patch to come out, it should be out soon from what i can gather. i could be total wrong on that however. i can tell you the castle and village are located on a small island nowhere near where you think you found them 
you think you found them between Pentos and Norvos along a river. But really you found them on a small island west of old valyria
