This shouldn't be a surprise. The Weaponsmith says he only has enough Valyrian steel to make two small swords or one big sword.

You chose the big one.

If you still want the small ones use Cheatmenu.

As Far as i Know, you can only Buy 1 Two-Handed OR 2 One-Handed Swords. You have to Decide. So yeah it´s normal.

Long ago I buy the steel sword Valyrian two hands and now I want to buy the one-handed But, the blacksmith tells me that he has no more valyrian steel.

Is this temporary or can not you buy another sword?
