My game crash when it gets to loading user data in the loading screen

Hi i can t get the game to load and show me the start a new game etc menu, i open it it loads until it gets to loading user data and then crash https://imgur.com/a/k6LlDqk i tried everything i seen on the forum please help me. Maybe it s because my windows is in 32 bit? i just reinstalled the windows because i had a problem with the other one which was in 64 bit and i noticed that with this one 32 bit some programs don t work maybe that s why i cant get the game to load? \When my windows was in 64 bit i had this mod like 8 months ago and it was working perfectly no crash no problems, but now i cant even get it to load into the main menu
