Game freezes for 10s upon entering locations

I have load textures on demand turned on, and have ran more demanding mods with no issues in the past.
I also play in windowed mode, cheats are enabled, and have done the mod.ini thing for flag physics or whatever.

go to camp, options and under battle size you should find a option to disable cinematic vieuw
