Making peace

1. How do i make peace with nations i am at war with?
2. Is there a way to dispatch a emisary like in native?

I think there is a way, but you need to have your own kingdom and then you recruit staff from you minister, the just dispatch an emmisary to the hostile kingdom, (if they are wining they will not accept it) or (they are in war with too many kingdoms)
