You can recruit them from Ser Benedict in Casterly rock, only if you own it, or are a vassal (I think)

I think you need Lannisport, then speak to the master at arms in the castle.

Where can you recruit the Lannister specific troops? I managed to recruit a few as prisoners but would like more for my capital defense. I've conquered the Westerlands and have MOST of their vassals as my own. (Some didn't make it I'm afraid, couldn't wait for poison.)
