Killing lord, and then?

Hi! I read other topics but I found nothing
I have three questions:
1)after killing a lord, who will receive his fiefs? If I kill a king, who will rule that faction? And if I kill all the lords of a faction, what will happen?
2)I read that in this mod is possibile to have children but how?
3)Maluses received in battle are permanent or will disappear after some time? And in this case, how much time I have to wait?
I thank everybody that will help me in resolving these doubs.

1) They will pick someone suitable. The same. They will cease to exist.
2) You must be married first. Though this is not a feature i put in, so is a little clunky atm.
3)They are temporary as long you rest and let them heal. Time = random depending on how serious the wound is.
