You can bribe a lord or simply join any other lords retinue for a week. It should pretty much reset all relations to 0 once you leave his army.

So I wanted to get the Varys questline done as quickly as I could, just so that I could have the invasion come in. I have done quite a few starts trying to figure out how to do everything, I want the North and Nights Watch questline, but if I do that, then I have -10 sometimes -15 rep with the Lannisters. I can't get into Kings Landing with that kind of rep, so I can't do the questline.

So is there anyway for me to start the Northern and Nights Watch questline without accepting the quest in the very begining?
