Some question about Night's Watch

i just joined Night's Watch.i want to know how can i get Night's watch equipments?
and can i join their party?

To get Night's watch equipment you need 70+ relationship with the faction. Go to the faction blacksmith in Castle Black. Btw, IIRC, you can get their equipment as a member of any other kingdom, as most of them have 100 relationship with the Night's Watch.

Sadly, you can't join their parties as a freelancer, you have to move around on your own.
