Check that you're extracting over the same folder, in modules folder. I don't have here both files, but you're extracting on another folder for sure. If you don't know how to check it, better extract 9.6 on a temp folder and move the files manually to 9.5 folder

I don't know how to install Patch 9.6. I have downloaded 9.5 from moddb and extracted it to the Modules folder in Mount & Blade Warband and can play it but I can't upgrade it to 9.6. I have downloaded 9.6 the same as 9.5 and extracted it to the 9.5 folder but it doesn't update the game to 9.6, also it doesn't ask to overwrite anything. I'm really enjoying this mod so any help would be appreciated.
