Keep archers back to pick off wall defenders. Send everyone else.

Don't lead the vanguard if you plan to retreat.

It's my first time playing this mod and I don't know how to use sieges properly. All I do is just send my men. Is there a strategical way to fight? Also whenever I lead the vanguard I cannot retreat from battle and I am forced to keep fighting.
