Help with Hotfix

I overwrite the archives from hotfix 2 to module folder (ice and fire) but when i try to open de game it crashes almost immediately ! please help o tell me if i am doing something grong.

So you extracted the contents of Hotfix #2 into your Beta 7 Final module folder??

Can you post your rgl.log here after it crashes please?
