Terrible textures on banners

Hello,

This is the first post in this forum.

I've just noticed that somehow all the banners textures are at terrible quality, with really big pixels in all cases but when then banner is above the city/castle/party (but above mine, above mine it's again terrible quality banner)

I don't know why is it happening. Happent twice. I had to delete font data to get the texts on the menus.

It seems I can repeat it always.

Edit: It happens during battle too. Painted banner on shields and the icon above units is at that quality too
