freez time

so I get thes wierd freez time whenever I enter castle batle or any castle option or going out of castle it freezes  like 5 10 seconds sometimes longer and its anoing when Im streaming........can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?

Turn off the scenic view in the options menu.
