1. they're wiped out, so its gone.
2. For some reason you cant interact with the faction blacksmith at cities you own.  otherwise if you set domestic policy as stormlands you could probably get it then.

I don't think you can up relations with The Stormlands when they are wiped out unfortunatly(not 100% sure)... The only two ways I know that allows you to use the faction blacksmith is if you have high enough relations with the faction or if you ask the leader of the faction to be part of their family(Might work with normal vassals aswell).

I am a Stormlander character and I have taken Storm's End. I can't trade with the faction blacksmith though. No message pops up like it does with other factions, it just simply doesn't work. I was at war with the Stormlands still so I was hoping that was the issue. I wiped out that faction and I still can't use the faction blacksmith. Do I have to be from the region and have good relations with them? Is there any way to get relations up after wiping them out? Please help :(
