where can i see party morale? i know it is somwhere but cant find it any more.... =(

Will there be a maister in every city and most of the castles, now in Old town there is no maister (as a maister HQ i think there should be one)

It's in the "Character Menu". Once you click into that menu, click Party.

Oldtown has a maester, though.

If you go to "Other activities => Visit the Citadel", first dude can teach you how to read, and the second one heals wounds.
