I guess I've never seen any travelers, only the "Local traveler" at the Crossroads Inn. I'll keep searching!

You can find travelers in inns that can tell you where the claimant to a throne is. I believe that's how I found him.

I am wondering how I go about finding Valarr Blackfyre and starting his quest line. From what I understand he shows up during feasts? If anyone has any tips that would be much appreciated seeing as I left my vassalship behind in order to pursue this quest. I do apologize if this was a thread already, I had no luck finding.
