Game crashes after loading is over.

Hello. I've just downloaded AWOIAF 3.0 mod for Mount&Blade Warband 1.172, but when the loading is over, the game crashes. Can you help me to fix it?

I have the same problem when starting it after changing the menus.txt to make find item work
