Targaryen invasion bug

I noticed a bug with Targaryen invasion.Vassals of Aegon appear in the Stormlands and they are quickly defeated.I wanted to join House Targaryen,but I was unable to find Aegon.House Targaryen didn't even appear in Factions menu.

I'm playing the 9.6 version.Hope it can be fixed soon.
