Not sure if its a bug, but the weaponsmith at Qohor starts to talk about valyrian wepaons then says "actually I've changed my mind" it doesnt matter how much renown you've got, he always says that.
about the one/two handed swords: In this mode, they're not working like in vanilla. If you see a one/two handed, it means that the weapon will turn two handed as soon as you switch to it without a shield. That's it.
