[Beta 9.5.6] Power Draw Bug - FIXED

Hi. Whenever I try to increase or add my Power Draw skill on the Character Screen, it doesn't increase and just stays at 0.

This doesn't happen on the Character creation page before you start a new game and it works fine there but happens during the game (I hope I make sense).

I don't know if it also happens to others or just me but the bug also occured on the Beta 9.

Are you using heavy armor or shield? Try without gear, because heavy gear give minuses to certain skills

Oh, thanks. Yeah, it increased when I removed my heavy equipment and shield. I thought the penalties only affected athletics. Turns out they also affect other skills.
